There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased;

Store credit to the value of the products purchased will be issued if you simply change your mind. Please note Floated will not be held responsible for postage costs.

If our products are deemed faulty, you will be entitled to a 100% refund and Floated will finance any shipping costs required.

*You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it including your PayPal receipt.

*Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
